• At the end of the 19th century, Giocondo married the daughter of a family of expert mosaicists and brought the gold and semiprecious artefacts around the world to the most famous "universal exhibitions": Paris, Philadelphia, London. One of his objects is now available at the British Museum (The “dove of Pliny Torrini 1870, BM # 1994,0111.1-3 )
